Registration for the conference and the seminars is SEPARATE.

Day 1 - Tuesday, June 21: Pre-Conference Seminars

Registration for the pre-conference seminars is currently open. A limited number of places are available for each seminar.

SEMINAR FEE: 1000 NIS ($270)

Participants registering for both a morning and an afternoon seminar will be admitted to the main conference on June 22 at NO ADDITIONAL COST.

  • Organizations registering 3 or more employees will receive a 10% discount off the seminar registration fee.
  • Students (from any college/university) will receive a 50% discount (reserved places for students are limited).
  • Afeka graduates will receive a 30% discount.

Day 2 - Wednesday, June 22: Speech Processing Day

The main conference is currently open for registration. 

MAIN CONFERENCE FEE: 250 NIS ($70)

  • Organizations registering 3 or more employees will receive a 10% discount off the registration fee.
  • Students (from any college/university) will receive a 50% discount (reserved places for students are limited).
  • Afeka graduates will receive a 30% discount.

 Payment Terms

  • Payment can be made in Israeli NIS or US dollars.
  • Payment can be made either via credit card or by purchase order from the registrants place of employment.
  • If payment is made separate from the registration form, registration will be valid only after receipt of payment or purchase order.
  • Registration will be confirmed via email, and an invoice will be forwarded to the address specified on the registration form.

Cancellation policy

Notification of cancellation must be made via email to SPD-Registration@afeka.ac.il. The cancellation policy for both the seminars and the main conference is the same. 

  • Cancellation by April 28: No cancellation fee (full refund).
  • Cancellation by May 22: 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation after June 1: No refund.
