General Guidelines for Final Paper Submission


  • Two columns
  • Up to 4 pages
  • Single-spaced
  • Times New Roman 10 pt. font

Suggested Structure:

  1. Title
  2. Authors, Author Affiliations and Author emails
  3. Abstract
  4. Introduction
  5. Methodology
  6. Experimental Framework
  7. Discussion
  8. Summary and Conclusions

If your topic is case study or application, you may submit a PowerPoint presentation instead of a final paper by June 1.

  • At most 15 slides
  • 1 slide only on your organization

    All final submissions must incorporate the suggestions you were provided by the reviewers

Instructions for Speakers:

  • Provide the Technical Committee Secretariat with the name and a short (2-3 lines) bio of the presenter.
  • Submit a PowerPoint presentation by June 15th
  • At most 15 slides
  • 1 slide only on your organization (first slide recommended)
  • The lecture rooms are equipped with standard audio-visual equipment, if any special equipment is required, the technical committee secretariat should be notified by June 1.
  • On the day of conference, speakers should identify themselves at the registration desk.
  • Speakers will be admitted free of charge to Day 2 of the conference. Additional authors must register if they would like to attend.
  • Each speaker will be provided 12 minutes for their presentation and an additional 3 minutes for Q&A with the audience.
  • The session chairman will introduce your presentation and monitor the Q&A with the audience.
